Thorough post-renovation cleaning to our detailed checklist — full cabinet and drawer box interiors, toe-kicks, above-cabinet surfaces, countertops, and appliances, inside and out.

The Inspection & Report
A trained kitchen designer's read of every reveal, joint, and door — delivered as a written deficiency report to your contractor before the final walkthrough.

Finishing, With Approval
Minor finishing adjustments — hinge tightening, basic alignment, soft-close checks — performed only with your contractor's explicit pre-approval and fully documented. Never major repairs. Never work that touches a warranty.

A branded box left on the counter: stone and surface cleaner, a new microfiber, stainless polish, a handwritten note, the care guide, and a QR card for everything else.

How the work
is arranged.
Touch-Up Materials
Matching paint, caulk, and finish materials are left on site by the painting and install teams before our arrival. If they're missing, we note it in the report and schedule a return visit once they're provided. Additional callback fees may apply for the return.
The Guarantee
Our cleaning and approved finishing work carries a 48-hour callback guarantee. Notice anything in our scope after handoff — we return.
